It is Guangzhou Treep network and technology Co.,Ltd.("Treep", "we", "our" or "us")'s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website. We take your privacy very seriously, and this Privacy Policy explains the ways in which we collect, use, disclose, and protect information through our software-as-a-service (SaaS) application, accessed via our website, http://treep.cc/ and our mobile applications.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning assigned them in our Terms of Service.
Information We Collect
Account Information: When accessing or using Treep or registering or signing up for Treep, you may provide us with contact information or account information, including name, phone number, physical address, and e-mail address.
Billing Information: If you choose to purchase a service or product through Treep or register for certain services, we may collect billing-related information from you such as credit card number and biling name and address.
Log Data: We may receive, collect or generate information about you through the use and operation of our Service, including without limitation data about your activities within our Service, data regarding usage of our Services, reservations made, products and services requested or purchased, your IP address, browser type, ISP, page views, clicks, domains, operating systems, device IDs, device types and similar information.
Cookies: When you visit on our websites or operating our services, we send one or more "cookies" to your computer or other devices. Cookies are small amount of data that are transferred to your web browser by a web server and are used to collect and store information about a user. Information from your email services
Some functions of Treep may ask you to authorize us to access your email services.For example, if you want to use our email client service via Gmail, Google may present you with a screen asking for authorization for us to access and view information in your email services.
If you authorize us to access your email and contacts services, we may access, collect and receive information from Gmail API Services without further action from you, and we will continue to do so until you revoke our access to your email services following the instructions in the Your Rights section later in this Policy.
The information we access may include any information contained in your email services (including e-mail contents, which we may access and scan automatically), and the information we collect and receive may include information about your contacts or other people that you have sent emails to, received emails from, or that are otherwise identified in emails in your account, including without limitation: names, titles, email addresses, company or organization names and information, email bounce information, reply rates, social media handles, supervisor names, email headers and any other information that your email and contact services give us access to (all, collectively "Email Data").

OAuth Usage & Scope Consistency
When our service requests access to your Gmail account for actions like reading, composing, and sending emails, the following measures ensure transparency and consistency:
Scope Alignment: The OAuth consent screen presented to you will explicitly indicate the permissions requested—specifically, the ability to "read, compose, and send your Gmail emails.” These scopes are mirrored exactly in our Google Cloud Console configuration to ensure complete alignment.
Privacy Policy Reference: This Privacy Policy discloses that Gmail access is used strictly in accordance with the explicitly requested permissions, and that no additional scopes will be requested. Access occurs only with your consent and is limited to what is necessary to deliver the agreed-upon service.
Permission Updates: If future service updates require additional Gmail-related permissions, we will update this Privacy Policy and the OAuth consent screen accordingly. Users will be informed of the changes and required to consent to the modified permission set for continued access.
How We May Use Information We Collect
We may use the information we collect from you to provide the Services to you and to operate, administer, develop, support, analyze, maintain and enhance our Services. We may use your Information to respond to your questions or comments, including support-related and billing inquiries. We also use your Account Information to administer your Account and keep track of biling and payments, invoicing, and Account management.
We may contact you to notify you about changes to the Services, and other important Service related notices, including but not limited to security and fraud notices, Service suspensions, and outages. These emails and messages are considered essential, non-marketing communications, and you may not opt-out of them.
We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies enable us to track and target the interest of our users to enhance the experience on our Website or to save things like your user ID and password. We may also use your Email Data to provide a simplified email client service base on order management, including send orders via email, receive suppliers' reply and store email exchnage of an order for viewing in Treep.
We try our best to keep the Services secure and to prevent abuse and fraud. We may use your Information as necessary to respond to security incidents, claims of any violation of our rights or those of any Third Parties, to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of you, us, our Customers, and the public, and as required or authorized by law.
Data Protection for Sensitive Information
We are committed to protecting the confidentiality and integrity of all sensitive data, including Gmail content and related information. Specifically:
Encryption: Sensitive data is protected during transmission using industry-standard TLS (e.g., TLS 1.2+) and is encrypted at rest on our servers using AES-256.
Access Control & Audit: Only authorized personnel may access sensitive data. Access is protected via multi-factor authentication (MFA), and all access events are logged and routinely monitored for unauthorized or anomalous activity.
Data Retention & Deletion: Sensitive data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill service purposes or legal obligations. After that period, sensitive data is securely and permanently deleted. Users may also submit deletion requests via email, to which we will respond promptly and completely.
How We May Disclose Information
Treep will only share your information (including Email Data) with Third Parties in accordance with your instructions or as necessary to provide you with a specific service (for example, our Third Party payment processors) or otherwise in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
We may share certain of your Information through the our website to the extend inherent in the operatiion of our Services. For example, we may share certain Subcriber information about its services and products with such Subscriber's customers and clients who are using our Services and we may share certain information from such customer or client with the Subscriber.
We use third parties to provide us with services and products in order to operate, administer, maintain, develop, analyze and support our Services, which may include, for example, third party payment processors to bill you for services, information technology providers and computer hosting services, data analysis companies, software developers, support providers to help us collect feedback and manage our support and an email service provider to send out emails on our behalf. We may use live chat software to assist you if you have questions while using our Services.
This policy is not intended to place any limits on what we may do with data that is aggregated and/or anonymized so it is no longer associated with an identifiable Customer or user of the Services ("Aggregated Data"). You have the right to access and edit your Account and Profile Information (including User ID and billing details) by logging into the Services and choosing to edit your Profile. You are able to enable and disable Third Party integations, view your posted data, download a excel file of your data for any date range, invite additional Users to your Account, and decide which permission level to grant each additional User.
If you would like to end our access to your email services, please use the corresponding settings in your email services. For example, if you use Google and you have allowed us to access your Gmail email service, you should use the appropriate Google-provided settings to end our access.
